Q: I'm using Windows Vista and I don't see Active Sync any more. My data won't transfer to the Pocket PC. What do I need to do?
A: Windows has switched from ActiveSync to the Mobile Device Center. You can download it from Mobile Device Center

Q: I'm using Windows Mobile 5 or 6. Why won't the data transfer? Or, why do I get Error = 6?
A: Click here Windows Mobile 5/6 Security Fix and follow the instructions.

Q: Does Tom Thumb have any products compatible with BlackBerry?
A: Not yet. We have made a decision to develop for the BlackBerry, but don't have any product dates yet.

Q: How can I integrate with QuickBooks if the PC that I use to synchronize my PDA doesn't have QuickBooks installed?
A: QuickBooks provides a free product called Remote Data Sharing (RDS) that allows a third party product (like Time to Time) to connect to QuickBooks on another PC in the local network. Install RDS Server on a PC with QuickBooks. Install RDS Client on the machine with Time to Time. Follow the instructions to setup the server and client.

Q: Can I get help installing and setting up the trial software?

Q: I am unable to login to QuickBooks automatically with Time to Time. I have tried all the other suggestions. What should I do?
