Autologin with QuickBooks

If Time to Time (for QuickBooks, or for Crews) doesn't allow Auto Login (access to QuickBooks when QuickBooks isn't running), you can follow the procedure below to make it work properly.

• Close QuickBooks
• Browse to the folder where the .QBW file is stored.
• Create a folder named "backup"
• Select all files EXCEPT the .QBW file that have the same name as the .QBW file (i.e if the file is foo.QBW then select foo.QBW.TLG, foo.lgb, etc.)
• MOVE the selected files to the backup folder you created in step 2.
• Start QuickBooks
• Open the company file
• Edit/Preferences/Integrated applications...
• Remove all Time to Time entries
• Close the preferences dialogs
• Start Time to Time to create a connection, do NOT specify unattended mode (select "Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open").
• Close your app
• Edit/Preferences/Integrated applications
• Select Time to Time and click on Properties, specify unattended mode (select "Allow this application to login automatically")
• Close preferences
• Close QuickBooks
